This Valpolicella Ripasso offers everything you love about Italian reds: depth, warmth, and a story in every sip. The Bonomo family uses the traditional ripasso technique, where the wine rests on Amarone grape skins for a second fermentation, giving it extra body and complexity.

Pour yourself a glass and you'll find aromas of cherry preserves, plums, and wild berries, layered with liquorice and tobacco. There's a whisper of violets, black pepper, and cinnamon that makes it wonderfully inviting. On the palate, it's full-bodied and beautifully balanced, with flavours that linger long after each sip.

This wine pairs brilliantly with braised beef, osso buco, or aged cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano. Serve it at 16-18°C, and if you have time, let it breathe for about an hour before pouring.
