The Touma family crafts this Lebanese gem from the sun-drenched Bekaa Valley, blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, and Syrah into something truly special. It's a wine that shows the magic that happens when tradition meets passion.
Pour yourself a glass and you'll find deep ruby hues with violet reflections. The nose is pure and complex, offering notes of truffle, caramel, and blackberry. On the palate, red cherries and blackberries dance with bright acidity, while round tannins provide structure and a long, satisfying finish.
This full-bodied red pairs beautifully with grilled lamb kebabs, slow-cooked beef stews, or aged cheeses. Decant it for at least an hour before serving at 16-18°C to let all those layers unfold.
