The Jaume family has crafted a Viognier that breaks the mold. Instead of the usual heavy, opulent style, they've gone for finesse and freshness, and the result is stunning.
The wine opens with delicate floral notes and white peach aromas that immediately catch your attention. On the palate, it's fresh and mineral with a lovely airy quality. White peach and pear dominate at first, then after some time in the glass, subtle apricot notes emerge and linger beautifully.
