Hey, I'm Lionel, the founder of Tasters. Digital product creator by day, wine lover by night. I was tired of hearing friends say they didn't understand anything about wine, that everything was too complicated and they didn't know what to buy. I surrounded myself with an amazing team of sommeliers to find you incredible hidden gems and share our passion, hassle-free.

Who is this subscription for?
Our Explorer subscriptions are for all wine lovers, whether beginners or seasoned connoisseurs.
How does it actually work?
By signing up for Tasters Explorer, you subscribe to a wine discovery experience. We have two adventures: one to get started and master the basics of tasting; another that takes you on a monthly journey to discover a new wine region. Every month, you receive by post the bottles we've selected with our team of sommeliers. Our app guides you through your adventure and lets you learn the secrets of wine, no fuss.
Gems, gems, OK, but what proves you deliver the goods?
Our sommeliers advise the finest tables in Switzerland, like the Hotel de Ville in Crissier. If Franck Giovannini trusts them, you can too.
Yikes! This one's corked! What can I do?
If a bottle is corked or broken, put the cork back in, make sure it's at least three-quarters full, and contact us by email. We'll replace the faulty bottle at no charge.
What's in the box?
Simply the 2 or 3 bottles of the month (depending on your plan), to enjoy right away or to keep in your cellar, as you wish.
Can I get only red or only white?
Unfortunately, for now, the adventure is the same for everyone. If you only want red or white, send us an email from the Contact page. We'll see what we can do...
Can I get a delivery outside Switzerland?
No. For now, Tasters orders are limited to deliveries within Switzerland.
What are the delivery times?
Roughly, expect 3 to 5 business days between your sign-up and receiving your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment provider. We support MasterCard and Visa credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
I'm going abroad, can I pause my subscription?
Of course! You can do this easily from your Tasters Profile, by managing your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For monthly subscriptions, your subscription renews automatically after each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your Profile. For annual subscriptions, it's the same, except you'll need to wait until the end of your year for the cancellation to take effect. You'll of course continue to receive your wine until the end.
Can anyone buy a Tasters box?
Our site, as well as the tasting experiences you order, are designed for and intended for adults over 18.
