Who is this subscription for?
Our Explorer subscriptions are for all wine lovers, whether beginners or seasoned connoisseurs.
What exactly am I gifting?
By signing up for Tasters Explorer, your friend will subscribe to a discovery experience of European vineyards, which starts and ends in Switzerland. Every month, they receive by post the 2 or 3 bottles we've selected to give a great representation of the typical wines of the region. Our app guides them through their adventure and lets them learn the secrets of wine, no fuss.
How does it work once I buy the voucher?
When you buy a voucher for Tasters Explorer, you'll receive a confirmation email with a code. You're free to print or not print the email to give as a gift. Your friend can then use this code when ordering, and the duration you purchased will be automatically applied.
Gems, gems, OK, but what proves you deliver the goods?
Our sommeliers advise the finest tables in Switzerland, like the Hotel de Ville in Crissier. If Franck Giovannini trusts them, you can too.
Yikes! This one's corked! What can I do?
If a bottle is corked or broken, put the cork back in, make sure it's at least three-quarters full, and contact us by email. We'll replace the faulty bottle at no charge.
Can I get a delivery outside Switzerland?
No. For now, Tasters orders are limited to deliveries within Switzerland.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment provider. We support MasterCard and Visa credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is the subscription commitment period?
For monthly subscriptions, the subscription renews automatically after each billing period. Your friend can cancel at any time from their Profile. For annual subscriptions, it's the same, except they'll need to wait until the end of their year for the cancellation to take effect. They'll of course continue to receive their wine until the end.
Can anyone buy a Tasters box?
Our site, as well as the tasting experiences you order, are designed for and intended for adults over 18.
Until when can I order for Christmas?
Right up to the last minute. The voucher arrives by email a few minutes after payment, even on 24 December. And since the code never expires, the recipient starts their subscription whenever they like.
