The wine displays an intense garnet color and opens with clear notes of red fruits, orange peel, and white pepper. On the palate, you'll find a refined structure with sweet, crisp tannins that linger beautifully, supported by vibrant acidity.
Pair this with braised beef, truffle risotto, or aged cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano. Decant for at least 1 hour before serving and enjoy at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
