About this wine
This is the bottle you grab when the sun's out and you don't want to overthink your wine choice. Cave des Promesses built this rosé for easy, uncomplicated pleasure.
The color alone catches your eye: a bright, sunny pink from the Gamay and Pinot Noir blend. In the mouth you get ripe strawberry and a touch of red cherry, round and gourmand, with just enough freshness to keep it light.
Pour it with a salad or a charcuterie board, or bring it out for grilled meats and skewers at your next barbecue. Serve it slightly chilled, around 10 to 12 degrees.
