I received a voucher via ideecadeau.ch or geschenkidee.ch. How do I use it on Tasters?
A friend or family member treated you to a month's subscription on Tasters. Here's how to redeem it, sign up, and receive your bottles.
For the past 2 years, we've been happy to offer a one-month gift voucher for our subscription on geschenkidee.ch and cadeaux24.ch. If you received one for Christmas or your birthday, that's great. You'll get to enjoy one stage of our wine tasting adventure for free. Here's how to get started on Tasters.
Get your gift voucher validated
To avoid scams, the first thing to do is contact us and send us the gift voucher you received by email or message.
We need it to log into our merchant space on their platform and validate the authenticity of your voucher. We usually respond within 24 hours of receiving your contact request.
Receive your coupon to start for free
Once you've reached out, it's our turn to generate a coupon you can use at checkout. By email or message, we'll send you a 6-letter code. Once you have it, you can go to Tasters and complete your registration.
Start your adventure
With your new coupon in hand, it's time to sign up for Tasters. 😊 To do this, head to our subscription page and click on "Start your subscription". Once you're there, follow these steps:
- Choose your adventure. Depending on your knowledge level and preferences, you can start your tasting in 4 different adventures. If you're a complete beginner, we recommend starting with the tasting basics. Otherwise, Le Goût de l'aventure is our best seller, which will take you through 12 different wine regions.
- Select your delivery frequency. You can choose between every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
- Select the "Tasters Explorer 3 wines" formula. That's the one you get for free. You can choose the 2x3 wines offer, but you'll need to pay the difference.
- Complete your profile. You'll then be redirected to payment.
- At checkout, enter all your information, and most importantly, the coupon we sent you. The order should be free at that point.
There you go, your order is placed and you're now registered. Your package will usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after your registration.
About the subscription and your commitment
When you signed up, you started a wine discovery subscription. Subscription means renewal 😉
Don't worry, you can unsubscribe at any time from your profile.
