The wine displays a beautiful ruby color, releasing aromas of cherry and sweet spices. On the palate, you'll find an energetic structure with a fine menthol touch, supported by a persistent tannic framework that gives the wine excellent length.
Pair this with grilled entrecôte, roasted lamb, or a hearty beef stew. Decant for at least 1 hour before serving at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C to fully appreciate its complexity.
