About this wine
From the legendary Domaine de Chevalier in Pessac-Léognan comes this beautifully crafted red that showcases the best of Bordeaux's Left Bank. It's a wine that brings together elegance and depth in a way that makes every sip memorable.
The deep ruby color hints at what's to come. On the nose, you'll find bright cherry fruit mingling with subtle spices. In the mouth, the wine is full and generous, with a lovely crunch to the fruit and that classic Pessac-Léognan balance that comes from the perfect marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon's structure, Merlot's smoothness, and Petit Verdot's tension.
This pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb, grilled beef entrecôte, or aged hard cheeses. Decant for at least an hour before serving, and aim for a temperature between 16°C and 18°C to let all those flavors shine through.
