This Tuscan blend from Gagliole shows what happens when Sangiovese meets Merlot in the hills of Tuscany. It's a wine that combines elegance with power, perfect for those evenings when you want something special without overthinking it.
The nose draws you in with ripe black fruits, liquorice, spice and tobacco. On the palate, it's silky and dense, with notes of coffee and dark chocolate that linger beautifully. The 14.5% alcohol is well integrated, giving structure without heaviness.
This pairs wonderfully with grilled ribeye, osso buco, or a rich mushroom risotto. Decant for at least an hour before serving, and aim for a temperature between 16°C and 18°C to let all those flavors shine.
