About this wine
This is Raymond Paccot's young 2024 Pinot Noir from La Côte, the kind of bottle you reach for when you want honest, uncomplicated pleasure. It shows just how naturally this grape can express itself when the winemaking simply gets out of the way.
In the glass it's garnet red with a bright shine. The attack is crisp, and even though the tannins are still a touch angular, the palate is generous with cherry and spice, finishing long on stone fruit.
Pour it alongside roasted chicken or terrine & pâté, and serve it at 16 to 18°C so the fruit can really speak.
