About this wine

The nose opens on white peach and acacia blossom, with a fine mineral edge and a whisper of vanilla underneath. On the palate, lemon zest keeps things lively while the wine stays broad and generous, finishing long and refined.
Pour it with turbot or lobster to let that mineral streak shine, or try it alongside comté for a nuttier match. Serve it chilled, around 12 to 14 degrees.
