About this wine
Picture a Friday evening, windows open, friends dropping by unannounced. This Chardonnay from Domaine des Curiades in Geneva is the kind of bottle you grab without overthinking it.
In the glass, it's dry and fruity at once, with bright citrus notes that lift straight off the first sip. The finish stretches out, powerful and long, with more grip than you'd expect from such a young wine.
Pour it alongside perch fillets or grilled vegetables, and it holds its own next to goat cheese too. Serve it chilled, around 10 to 12 degrees, and let it do the talking.
