Grünlich-gelbe Farbe mit kreischenden Reflexen. Nervöse, direkte und metallische Nase, sehr charakteristisch für das Terroir "Sauló". Frischer, salziger Auftakt mit Aromen von weißen Früchten, Fenchel und salzigen Noten. Mineralisch und seidig mit einem langen Abgang.
