Blackcurrant takes center stage both on the nose and palate, backed by a delicate hint of violet. The tannins are ripe and smooth, while the amphora aging keeps everything light and airy, letting the fruit shine without any heavy oak influence.

Perfect with grilled lamb chops, a classic beef tartare, or even a mushroom risotto. Serve at around 16°C to 18°C to get the most out of those beautiful fruit notes.
