About this wine
This Volnay 1er Cru from Domaine Jean-Jacques Girard is a textbook example of Burgundian finesse. The 2020 vintage brings all the elegance you'd expect from one of the Côte de Beaune's most refined appellations.
In the glass, it shows a bright, clear ruby color. On the palate, this Pinot Noir reveals a fleshy yet racy character with remarkable femininity and grace. The balance between body and fruit is what makes this wine so captivating.
