Domaine Truchetet crafts this Bourgogne from old vines in Les Chaillots, and you can taste the depth that comes from those mature roots. It's a Pinot Noir that shows real character without trying too hard.

The nose opens with dark fruit aromas, touched by gentle spice notes. On the palate, you'll find a wine with beautiful structure, rich and concentrated, carried by round and silky tannins that make it incredibly approachable.

This pairs beautifully with roasted duck breast, mushroom risotto, or a classic Swiss veal stew. Decant it for an hour before serving to let it breathe, and serve at 16-18°C. You can enjoy it now or cellar it for 6-8 years.
