This Auxey-Duresses from Pauline's vineyard is a beautiful expression of Burgundian Pinot Noir that captures the essence of the 2022 vintage. The Les Rondières climat brings a distinctive character that makes this bottle stand out from the Côte de Beaune.

On the nose, you'll find bright red cherry and raspberry notes mingling with subtle earthy undertones and a hint of spice. The palate is elegant and well-balanced, showing silky tannins and a refreshing acidity that carries the red fruit flavors through to a persistent finish. There's a lovely mineral quality that speaks to the terroir, with just enough structure to make this wine interesting without being overpowering.
