This Grignolino from Monferrato is one of those wines that surprises you with its elegance and finesse. Light on its feet but full of character, it's perfect when you want something refreshing yet interesting.

The wine shows a beautiful pale ruby color in the glass. On the nose, you'll find delicate rose petals and subtle spices, while the palate reveals fresh raspberries and a hint of almonds. The tannins are gentle, making it incredibly easy to drink.

Serve this at around 14-16°C with antipasti, prosciutto, or a simple pasta with tomato sauce. It also works beautifully with vitello tonnato or grilled vegetables.
