About this wine
This Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is what happens when old vines meet serious winemaking. The Sangiovese grapes come from vines over 30 years old, and you can taste that depth in every sip.
The wine shows a beautiful garnet color in the glass. On the palate, it's harmonious and profound, with layers of complexity that unfold slowly. Rich flavors of dark cherry, leather, and subtle spice create a wine that's both powerful and elegant.
This is perfect alongside bistecca alla fiorentina or aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. Decant for at least an hour before serving at 16-18°C to let all those complex aromas open up properly.
