About this wine
This Tuscan red is a beautiful expression of Sangiovese and Merlot working together. It's the kind of wine that makes you slow down and pay attention.
The nose draws you in with ripe black fruit, liquorice, spices and tobacco. On the palate, it's silky with a lovely density, revealing notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The finish is smooth and lingering.
Perfect with grilled ribeye steak, aged Parmigiano Reggiano or wild boar ragu. Decant for at least 1 hour before serving and pour at 16-18°C to let all those beautiful aromas unfold.
