This Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a wine that commands attention without asking for it. It's the kind of bottle you open when the evening deserves something special, something with depth and character that unfolds slowly in your glass.

The nose opens with intense aromas of dried cherries, plums, and figs, layered with hints of dark chocolate and sweet spices. On the palate, it's rich and velvety, with concentrated flavors of ripe red fruits meeting notes of tobacco and vanilla. The finish is long and warming, with that signature 15% alcohol beautifully integrated into the wine's structure.

This Amarone pairs beautifully with braised meats like osso buco or a rich beef stew. It also works wonderfully with aged cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano or Grana Padano. Decant it for at least an hour before serving, and pour it at around 16-18°C to let all those complex flavors shine through.
