The nose reveals red fruit aromas layered with subtle roasted notes. On the palate, the tannins are dense yet silky, giving the wine a refined texture. The finish is structured, fresh, and remarkably long.
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted duck breast, mushroom risotto, or a classic Swiss veal stew. Decant it for about an hour before serving at 16-18°C to let it fully express itself.
