Made from their renowned organic Rosé d'une Nuit, it's crafted through gentle vacuum distillation that preserves all the wine's natural character while removing the alcohol.
The palate reveals bright notes of grapefruit, strawberry and cherry, enhanced by delicate touches of lemon and jasmine. With only 3.5g of residual sugar, it stays refreshingly dry and balanced. The fine bubbles add an elegant lightness that makes every sip feel special.
