About this wine
Picture a warm afternoon on the terrace, friends stopping by without warning. This is exactly the bottle you reach for, a rosé of Pinot Noir grown on the northern slopes of Vaud, made in the classic Œil-de-Perdrix style.
In the glass it glows a bright, coppery pink. The Pinot Noir gives red berry fruit and a subtle mineral note that comes straight from the terroir, and the palate stays light and easy, with a small friendly acidity lingering at the end.
Pour it alongside a charcuterie board, salmon tartare or a Niçoise salad, and keep it chilled around 8 to 10°C to let that freshness shine.
