Picture the last warm evening of summer, a table outside, friends who don't need convincing to stay a bit longer. This is exactly the bottle for that moment, easy to drink and full of sunshine from the Gascon countryside.

In the glass you get passion fruit, pineapple, orange zest and kiwi, all tangled together like a fruit basket left in the sun. The palate stays light and off-dry, but a streak of freshness keeps it from feeling heavy, so you keep reaching for another sip.

Pour it with coconut chicken or a good curry, the tropical fruit in the wine just follows the spices. It also works nicely at the end of the meal with a cheesecake. Serve it well chilled, around 8 to 10 degrees, and let the glass sweat a little on the table.
