Jermann's Pinot Grigio from Frioul is one of those whites that makes you rethink what this grape can do. It's got depth and character that go way beyond your typical easy-drinking style.

You'll notice the intense straw-yellow color right away. The nose is generous and fruity, with layers that keep revealing themselves. In the mouth, it's dry and velvety at the same time, with aromatic notes that stick around long after you swallow.

This pairs beautifully with risotto ai frutti di mare or grilled white fish. Serve it slightly chilled at around 10-12°C to let all those flavors shine through.
