Alberto Ballarin crafts this Langhe Chardonnay with the same dedication you'd find in the region's famous Barolo cellars, but with a refreshing white wine twist. It's a perfect example of how Piedmont isn't just about red wines.

The wine shows a beautiful straw-yellow color and delivers aromas of ripe peach, apricot and gooseberry with sweet undertones. On the palate, it's fresh and vibrant with a moderately long finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Serve it slightly chilled at 10-12°C alongside risotto ai funghi, grilled white fish, or a creamy pasta dish. It's also wonderful with soft cheeses like robiola or a simple chicken piccata.
