About this wine

When you want a white that tastes like a volcano, reach for this Etna Bianco. Massimo Lentsch crafts it from Carricante grapes grown on Sicily's black lava soils, and you can taste that mineral spine in every sip.

The glass shows a pale straw yellow with golden glints. On the nose, citrus and green apple mingle with white summer fruits, then fade into acacia blossom and mediterranean herbs. On the palate it stays fresh and balanced, with a salty, volcanic edge that makes you want another sip.

Pour it with sea bream, shrimp or scallops, and let the wine's minerality play against the seafood. Serve it chilled, around 10 to 12 degrees.
