Massimo Lentsch crafts this Etna Bianco from Carricante grapes grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, where the mineral-rich soil gives the wine its distinctive character. It's a refreshing white that captures the essence of Sicily's most unique terroir.

The wine shows a pale straw-yellow color with subtle golden highlights. On the nose, you'll find delicate citrus notes, green apple, and white stone fruits, followed by floral hints of acacia and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is balanced and incredibly fresh, with that unmistakable volcanic minerality running through every sip.

Serve this at 10-12°C alongside grilled swordfish, pasta with sea urchin, or fresh ricotta. It's perfect with seafood dishes that let the wine's mineral edge shine through.
