This Cava from Celler de les Aus is crafted with the indigenous Xarel-lo grape, also known as Pansa Blanca. It's a fresh and elegant sparkling wine that brings a touch of Mediterranean sunshine to your glass.
Expect delicate floral notes mingling with white fruits like pear and green apple, complemented by fresh almonds and subtle hints of hazelnuts. On the palate, it's light and refreshing with fine, persistent bubbles that carry flavors of white fruits and almonds through to a clean finish.
