This Catalan Gran Reserva from Alta Alella is a delicate sparkling wine that brings elegance to any celebration. Made from the traditional Cava grapes Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada, it's a wine that shows the finesse of long aging on its lees.
You'll find delicate floral notes mixed with white fruits like pear and green apple, plus a lovely touch of fresh almonds and subtle hazelnut. The bubbles are fine and persistent, the palate is fresh and light, with that beautiful fruit and almond character carrying through from nose to finish.
