About this wine
This Sauvignon Blanc from Domaine des Curiades shows why Geneva's terroir can rival some of France's finest expressions. The Dupraz family has crafted a wine with real personality and tension.
The pale yellow wine opens with vibrant aromas of blackcurrant, elderflower and candied lemon. On the palate, it balances a vegetal freshness with a rich texture before the acidity kicks in, giving it that classic Sauvignon edge. The finish stretches out with beautiful tension.
Serve it at 10-12°C with fresh goat cheese, asparagus risotto or grilled lake fish. It's also perfect with a simple plate of charcuterie and cornichons.
