Cet assemblage de Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris et Pinot Noir vinifié en blanc est une véritable carte d'identité de la Bündner Herrschaft en une seule bouteille. Quatre cépages de la famille des Pinots, réunis pour exprimer la diversité aromatique de la région.
Le nez est frais et engageant, mêlant fruits blancs, agrumes et une touche florale délicate. En bouche, le vin offre une texture souple et une belle rondeur, équilibrée par une acidité fraîche qui maintient la tension. L'assemblage donne une complexité qu'aucun des cépages n'atteindrait seul, avec une finale saline et légèrement épicée.
