About this wine
This Sauvignon Blanc from Grisons shows what Swiss winemaking can do when tradition meets Alpine terroir. Wegelin crafts wines that speak of their mountain origins, and this 2024 vintage is no exception.
You'll find classic elderflower and lychee on the nose, followed by bright citrus notes. The palate reveals a juicy acidity balanced with mineral undertones that come straight from the Alpine soils. There's real character here, with subtle aging notes adding complexity to the fresh fruit.
Perfect with Swiss lake fish like perch or trout, or try it with a fresh goat cheese salad. Serve chilled at 10-12°C to let those crisp flavors shine through.
