About this wine
Cortaillod Blanc is the kind of bottle you open when you want something honest and uncomplicated, straight from the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. Cave du Cep - J. Félix has been crafting chasselas here for generations, and this 2025 vintage feels like the first sunny afternoon of spring.
In the glass, it's pale and bright, with white flowers and a touch of ripe pear on the nose. The palate is light, lively and easy to drink, with a fresh finish that makes you want another sip.
Pour it alongside a trout fresh from the lake, open a pot of fondue on a cool evening, or serve it with mussels, and keep it slightly chilled at around 10°C.
