This Swiss white blend from Lavaux brings together four aromatic grape varieties in a unique and harmonious composition. It's the perfect choice when you want something different from the usual single-varietal wines, offering a beautiful balance between floral elegance and vibrant fruit.

The nose is wonderfully floral, thanks to the exclusive combination of Riesling, Sylvaner, Muscat Ottonel, and Chasselas. On the palate, the fruit is fleshy and radiantly original, with a harmonious homogeneity that carries through to an appetizing finish. The wine shows a pale yellow color with lovely aromatic intensity.

Serve this at around 10-12°C with lake fish like perch filets, fresh goat cheese salad, or asparagus dishes. It's also excellent as an aperitif on a sunny terrace overlooking the vineyards.
