About this wine
Stéphane Porchet's Dézaley Grand Cru is one of those Chasselas that shows you what this grape can really do. It's grown on clay and limestone soils in one of Lavaux's most prestigious sites, and you can taste it in every sip.
The wine has a beautiful structure with powerful yet controlled minerality. There's a fullness and charm here that most Chasselas simply can't match. The finish is racy and precise, leaving you with that classic Dézaley character.
This pairs beautifully with perch fillets or a fondue moitié-moitié. Serve it slightly chilled at 10-12°C to let those mineral notes shine through.
