Eine liebliche Nase mit Düften von Garrigues, Fenchel, Lavendel, Ginster, Birne und weißen Blüten, die zu einem Gleichgewicht verschmelzen, das ganz frisch, aber nicht überschwänglich ist. Lagerung: 3 bis 4 Jahre. Mit zunehmendem Alter wird der Egrisée "petrolisieren" und seine Mineralität offenbaren.
