The second wine from the legendary Château Canon delivers everything you'd expect from Saint-Émilion's prestigious terroir at a more accessible level. This is your chance to experience the magic of one of the Right Bank's finest estates without breaking the bank.

The 2020 Croix Canon shows beautiful harmony between Merlot and Cabernet Franc, offering layers of ripe black cherry, plum, and subtle spice notes. The palate is smooth and generous, with silky tannins that give the wine an elegant structure while keeping it approachable. You'll find hints of cedar and dark chocolate on the finish, a signature of well-crafted Saint-Émilion wines.

This red pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, or a classic Swiss entrecôte café de Paris. Decant it for about an hour before serving at 17°C to let the wine breathe and reveal its full character. It's drinking wonderfully now but will reward patience if you want to cellar it for a few more years.
