This Ségla 2018 from Château Rauzan-Ségla is your gateway to Margaux elegance without the grand cru price tag. It's the second wine of this prestigious estate, crafted with the same care and expertise that goes into their legendary first label.

The wine opens with beautiful aromas of blackcurrant and dark cherry, layered with subtle notes of cedar and graphite. On the palate, it's refined and structured, with silky tannins that frame the ripe fruit beautifully. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings backbone and precision, while the Merlot adds roundness and charm, with a touch of Petit Verdot for extra complexity.

This Margaux pairs wonderfully with roasted lamb, grilled ribeye steak, or a selection of aged cheeses like Comté or Gruyère. Decant it for at least an hour before serving at 16-18°C to let it fully express itself. It's drinking well now but will reward patience if you want to cellar it for a few more years.
