About this wine
This Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru from Moillard is what Burgundy does best. A wine that combines elegance with substance, showing the finesse of Pinot Noir from one of the appellation's most refined climats.
The nose opens with delicate notes of sour cherries, subtle yet persistent. On the palate, freshness takes the lead, supported by fine tannins that carry through to a long, silky finish. The balance between fruit purity and structure is remarkable.
Perfect with duck breast, roasted guinea fowl, or a nice piece of Comté cheese. Decant for at least 1 hour before serving at 16-18°C to let this beauty express itself fully. It will reward patience over the next 4 to 10 years.
