This Côtes de Provence Cru Classé is a beautiful expression of Provence's red wine potential. The Domaine de Rimauresq has crafted a blend that shows real depth and sophistication.
The wine opens with candied black fruits layered with sweet spices, vanilla, forest floor and liquorice. On the palate, you'll find a dense yet elegant structure with silky tannins and a lovely aromatic richness that lingers beautifully.
This is perfect alongside grilled lamb chops with herbs de Provence or a slow-cooked beef daube. Decant for at least 1 hour before serving and enjoy at 16-18°C to let all those gorgeous aromas shine.
