The ruby color catches the light beautifully. On the nose, you'll find macerated fruits mingling with sweet tobacco and precious woods. The palate is where things get interesting: it's both powerful and delicate, with tannins that are prominent yet silky. The finish goes on forever, bringing balsamic and spicy notes that linger.

This is the kind of wine you want with bistecca alla fiorentina or aged pecorino cheese. Decant it for at least an hour before serving, and pour it at around 16-18°C to let all those complex flavors shine through.
