About this wine
Pull this bottle out when you want a pinot noir that speaks of Neuchâtel without shouting about it. It's the kind of wine you open on a Tuesday and suddenly the evening feels a bit more special.
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour that catches the light. The nose brings vanilla and blackcurrant, and on the palate the fruit stays soft, carried by a silky texture that never feels heavy.
Pour it alongside roasted chicken or a veal roast, and let a piece of gruyère close the meal. Serve it at 16 to 18 degrees, no need to rush it into a decanter.
