In the glass, you'll find deep ruby colors and aromas of ripe black berries mixed with subtle liquorice and roasted notes. The palate opens with sweet, compact fruit that feels fresh and balanced, followed by silky tannins that wrap around your mouth with real finesse. The finish lingers beautifully, showing the wine's excellent craftsmanship.

This pairs wonderfully with brasato (braised beef), risotto ai funghi porcini, or a simple polenta e cervo (polenta with venison). Decant it for at least an hour before serving at 16-18°C to let those tannins soften and the aromas fully open up.
