About this wine
This original blend from Domaine de Maison Blanche brings together the peppery character of Mondeuse Noire with the elegance of Pinot Noir. Two years in oak and a winter in bottle have created something truly special.
On the nose, you'll find dark fruits with a subtle spice kick. The palate reveals fine tannins, red berry notes from the Pinot, and that distinctive peppery edge from the Mondeuse. The finish is long and refined, showing beautiful balance between power and finesse.
This wine pairs beautifully with duck breast, grilled lamb chops, or a classic Swiss veal stew. Decant for at least an hour before serving at 16-18°C to let all the aromas unfold.
