On the nose, expect delicate floral notes mingling with hints of apricot and white peach. The palate reveals a beautiful balance between richness and freshness, with a subtle salinity that keeps things lively. At 14.5% alcohol, there's good body here, but it never feels heavy.

This wine is perfect alongside a classic Swiss raclette or fondue, where its structure can stand up to the richness of melted cheese. It also pairs beautifully with grilled lake fish like perch or trout. Serve slightly chilled at around 10-12°C to bring out all those lovely aromatics.
