About this wine
This Pommard from Domaine Michel Noëllat is a beautiful expression of Burgundy's Pinot Noir, grown in one of the Côte de Beaune's most respected villages. The 2021 vintage captures the essence of this historic terroir with finesse and depth.
The wine reveals a deep, intense color in the glass. On the nose, you'll find aromatic herbs like thyme, garrigue notes, and ripe black fruits. The palate is remarkably long and mouth-watering, with a salivating finish that keeps you coming back for more.
This Pommard pairs wonderfully with roasted duck breast, beef bourguignon, or aged Comté cheese. Decant it for at least an hour before serving, and enjoy it at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C to fully appreciate its complexity.
